Ryu appeared in the mist of the what seemed a busy place. He looked around, and started walking. He wounder how, or if he'd see Cascata. It would be obvious to anyone that looked at his forehead he was a Mind. He shook his head and continued walking.

[Kender Bard]

A few of the other Water types nearby looked on with curiosity and awe at this stranger in their midsts. Some even smiled, but most stayed out of his way.

((Just so you know, Ronduin is absolutely beautiful. The place is filled with fluted spiral columns and towers, sparkling adornments, and the such. I'll let your imagination do the work.))

Ryu smiled to the people but started walking faster. He didn't want to attract attention, but he didn't want to seem rude either. He needed to win these people over. After a minute he stopped to looked around. He spotted what seemed to be the most beautiful tower he'd ever seen, and he started walking toward it.

[Kender Bard]

Near the door, a woman is idly stroking a harp. There's a woven basket at her feet for people to throw coins in. She glances at Ryu and pauses in her playing, surprised to see another elemental here. "Mind type," she calls out to him. "Are you going to see Cascata?"

Ryu smiled at the woman and walked over to her, giving her a coin. "Yes, do you know where I may find her?"

[Kender Bard]

The woman nods and jerks a thumb over her shoulder at the tower. "In there, though you'll have to speak with some other people first. Cascata is well guarded. But if you do reach her, could you do me a favor and give her this?" The woman pulls out a rolled up piece of parchment and holds it forth.

Ryu smiled and took the parchment. Another round of talking to people. He hoped he'd convince them, or he wouldn't even get to see who he wanted to. He starting walking inside.

[Kender Bard]

Inside the tower is a bustle of activity with people rushing to and from whatever locations they needed. Sitting calmly in the center of it all is a young woman, scratching something on a parchment sheet with a fancy quill.

Ryu looked around and continued walking until he got to the woman. He smiled at the woman and bent down. "Sorry to interrupt, but do you know how to reach Cascata."

[Kender Bard]

The woman looks up and smiles warmly at Ryu. "Do you have an apointment?"

Ryu frowned and shook his head. "No, I didn't know I could make one. I came on important business for the Minds."

[Kender Bard]

The woman pulls out a fresh sheet of parchment and dips her quill in the inwell before scribbling on the paper. "Your name and the nature of this business?"

Ryu sigh and shook his head. He needed to see her soon. "Ryu, Important matters." He looked at her, "Whens the soonest I can see her?"

[Kender Bard]

The woman glances at a sheet of parchment and smiles. "Well there are no other foreign matters lined up for the day, so in an hour. Feel free to go around the city for now if you like."

Ryu nodded to the woman, "Thank you. I'll be back in a little while."

He turned around and walked out of the building. His hair blowing slightly in a faint breeze that hadn't been there before. He poked the parchment in his robe, and walked over tot eh woman who gave it to him. "I'll see her soon, and I'll give her your parchment. Though if you don't mind me asking, what's it about?"
