I am going to draw out how the town is set up and scan it in and post it as soon as I can.

Coming of age for boys and girls is age 16. Boys then show interest in a particular girl. Usually marriage occurs by the time they're age 18. This is not all-inclusive, of course. Not EVERYONE does it just this way, it is just the general norm.
Also, when a person comes of age, said child usually stops schooling. Some marry, some apprentice at their parents’ profession, some leave, or whatever else.
Skills everyone has:

---some archery
Skills most men have in the clan (in various degrees, above and beyond basics):
"Ranger Skills"
---swordsmanship
---hunting & trapping
---archery
---use of daggers(throwing, hand-to-hand)
---hand-to-hand combat
---fire skills
Women have the basic skills as listed above and then know how to cook, clean, rear children, garden, sew, teach, and the like.
The clan works in a men-led way. There is the leader, Zethar Adish, but there is his coucil as well. Anywhere from 3-6 men are in the council, with actual positions for in succession downward. The clan leader is passed on from father to son unless the clan leader has no son and dies, then it passes to the next respective advisor.

There is a school house, smithery, market, public stable, and so on. Different familes mastered a trade and passed the skills down through their children. Some familes do business from their homes. For example: selling fabrics or blankets, jewlery, meats and furs, and so on.
In the beginning the clan was small and, thus, the town was small. Over the years of growing and people coming to join them occasionally, the clan had grown to a much larger town. A couple different school houses and even competing merchants and wares.
Some times other nomad clans will visit and trade, bringing thing they may not get here from around the world.
