Until the party responsible for Buffy's death is caught, no residential students under sixteen years of age are allowed out of the guildhall after dark without an adult escort. I urge the parents of our nonresident students to follow the same guideline.
Also, all members are now required to travel to and from nighttime performances in pairs or groups.
Failure to follow these rules will result in your immediate suspension.
