A large snake wound his way accross the warm sand, a bulge in his long body, he had just eaten. Contented and now wishing to return to his adoptive daughter's side, he raised his head high and cast a glance around him.

He was a king cobra.

A girl, frightenningly thin and pale skinned slept peacefully in the sand under the sun, without a worry, her long, dark serpent's tail marking her as a Beast.

She stirred when her companion ran his long body against her arm. "Ngh.......Shabi?"
-Wake up, sleepy Nariobi. Have you hunted?-
The girl, somewhere in her early teens, shook her head like a guilty child.
-Nari....You must eat.-
"I know." she said as she got up, lending her arm to Shabi, "But I feel tired..."
The big snake crawled up onto the girl's narrow shoulders, -But Nariobi will only become more tired if she does not hunt.-
"I know..."

With that, Nariobi began walking barefoot deeper into Fire territory. She was bound to run into someone, right?

Shabi cast an unblinking eye to the man some distance away. He whispered into his Beast's ear and the girl stopped dead in her tracks. She faced the man and slowly raised a hand in greeting.
