Talen'sul is still open to travel, however, everyone leaving and entering will be searched, have their weapons temporarily accosted (if entering), and given stiff warnings not to cause trouble. Storms are turned away, regardless of if they are from Maelstrom or not, unless they have a written note from a Talen'sul citizen or a verbal claim of their trustworthiness. Storm citizens are exempt from the above rule.
REWARD
Queen Salacia of Anarlina is offering a 800 copper reward for the safe return of Flash Calder, Tuono Dalca, and Amaro Melissan. She urges strong caution, and advices all people not to venture into Maelstrom itself if at all possible.

Salacia marched around the wall as sternly as any warrior general. King Twilight was close behind her, though he was content to let his mother issue the orders.
"I want you to double the stores of arrows - all of them - for our archers," she was saying to the head of the archer regiment. "And send word to the other heads of defenses that we need to begin setting aside the material to make pitch; the less time it takes, the better when it comes down to it. Double the guards around the city."
"Are we at war, my Lady?" the man asked nervously.
Twilight cleared his throat. "We might well be. Do as the Queen Delegate orders, sir, and we can all sleep better for it."
"And one more thing," Salacia added. "Make it known that I am paying from my own purse a reward so handsome it might even make the nobles of this city double take."
The general's head nearly spun thinking about what a sum of money that would be. "Reward for what, m'lady?"
She frowned, deeply. "Flash Calder, Amaro Melissan, and Tuono Dalca's safe return." She hesitated, then added, "Especially Flash."
The general bowed. "It will be known, m'lady."
Satisfied, the two foreign royals left for other business.
