Astor appears just outside the Thieves' Guild, and walks inside. Somehow he doubted just teleporting inside would go over well. Once inside, he approaches the counter and reaches into his bag before counting out 200 coins into a small box which he places on the counter. The empathic thief doesn't seem to mind waiting to be noticed rather than calling attention to himself. He knows he needs to rejoin his companions soon, but is pretty sure a small delay would not be too much of a problem.
