Let the bodies hit the floor|Haven, Ilyamen

Norman newly arrived in Ilyamen sits in the inn room he had just rented. He had only been there for a few days and was already well liked by the owners and workers of the inn. Looking out of the window as night crept in Norman smiled an odd smile and decided to take a walk. Heading to the seedier part of Ilyamen he waited around until a woman caught his eye.

She had been pacing back and forward on the walk, not wanting to lean against the wall with her bare shoulders. She wasnt going to just casually wait like some the old timers, she was going to sturt and let them get a good look at her legs.
"Hello Strangers..." She licks her lips to give a nice wet shine. "Looking for something?"

[Devon]

Norman nods. "Yes I am..and I think you fit it just fine. Please follow me.....I'll make it worth your while." Norman smiles generously and flashes a few coins, turning around he heads down an alley and waits for the woman to follow him.

She smiles and follows, oh yes, this was going to be worth her while.

Norman leaves the alley and heads back to the inn to sleep off the events of tonight. He planned on waiting a few days till he started his spree again.

A few days later the body of the first woman is found in the alley. The guards of Ilyamen are kept busy, keeping the area sealed off from civilians and trying to find out the identity of the woman. The captain of the guard sqaud there shakes his head and leaves momentarily to go find someone.

Darin is sitting in the back of the bar quietly sipping a mug of ale, the captain of the guard walks in and immediately goes to take a seat next to Darin. Glaring, Darin questions the captain. "What do you want with me?" The captain puts a few coins on the table. "I just want to pay for you drink..and ask a favor of you." Sighing Darin finishes his mug, "Hurry up and explain yourself."

The guard nods in thanks and begins. "We just found the body of a young woman murdered in one of the alleys in town. The guard guild is too muddled right now to properly handle this, so I was thinking you could investigate it." Darin grits his teeth. "I was done with that guild when I quit the guards." The captain nods but continues anyway. "This isn't a normal looking scene..whoever killed her wasn't afraid or hurried..the killer took his time and even left a number on her. I think it's going to happen again." Darin stands up and heads towards the door. "500 coins and the guards don't bother me with my methods.." Elsewhere Norman is finishing up with his 2nd girl, this time leaving her in a stable.
