Hm, thats odd.|Skyheort, Talen'sul

[Devon]

Xavier appears outside of the Calder home and notices the open door. "Hm? Lady Calder!? It is me Xavier, I had a question for you..." Xavier steps into the door and looks around for any sign of Lady Calder. "That's odd. Why would a woman on her own leave the door wide open?" Xavier looks back towards the open door and glances down spotting the hurried hoof prints. Tapping his sign he sends a message to his other council members in Sensatia. ~I am in Talen'sul and I need a clarivoyant right now.~

[Kender Bard]

Jade teleported, coughing after he did so. The man looked tired. "What is it, Xavier?"

[Devon]

"I need you to search this area and pick up anything you can about what happened here from now to a day ago. I fear something has happened to the lady of this house. Can you do it?"

[Kender Bard]

"I can try," Jade remarked. "I don't know her though; that always makes it harder." Jade pursed his lips and paced around the area, eyes shut and in intense concentration. Every once in a while he'd mutter and touch a specific object or area. After a while, he opened his eyes and sighs. "It's hard to tell. I can only say that the men who came here had darkness in their thoughts. They meant to bring the Lady harm. The Lady herself was very unaware that anything had happened, so they must have caught her by surprise. Aside from that, I know they went south. Given where we are, though, that's not entirely helpful."

[Devon]

"Hm." Xavier paces around a few steps. "You have no idea what the men looked like do you?" Xavier rubs his temples trying to clear up his frustration and think.

[Kender Bard]

"No," Jade admitted. "Not well. There was an older and a younger man. That's all I could tell, really. I'm sorry Xavier."

[Devon]

"Tch, damnit!" Xavier grits his teeth, pauses for a moment, then snaps up looking towards Jade. "I'll take you back to Sensatia. When we get there I want a group of telepaths mentally searching as far south as they can for Lady Calder."

[Kender Bard]

"That's easier said than done," Jade complains. "Unless one of us happens to know the Lady, our chances of finding her are slim. The only Mind that knew her at all was your late master."

[Devon]

"I'll get you someone who knows her. You just prepare the group I asked for." Xavier replies solemnly. "You'll need to go back to Sensatia without me, I have to go to Maelstrom and retrieve help. Time is crucial Jade." Xavier touches his sign and with a nod to Jade he teleports off to Maelstrom.
