"Well, I will if you want," Artica replied. "Or I could try and find where Tres is for you." Artica grimaces at that, not really eager to have her sister glare at her in silence or throw a fit because she wanted to be left alone.

"Come with me," Thelon urged. "I'd rather not bother Tres right now. I think if we push too much she'll never open up later. I just have one question." He gave her a very serious frown. "Are my children still safe here?"

"Yes, of course," Artica replies. "They, and you, are still part of this clan. They're as safe here as any of the other clan children. And people will relax around you once they see you're not going to take this too badly." Artica smiles tiredly. "Come on Thelon, let's see if we can find out what's the matter with Tres."

"All right," Thelon agreed quietly. ~Libre, you and your sister can do as you please now.~ He smiled grimly at Libre's answering enthusiasm and then took Artica's hand and brushed his sign, teleporting away.
