The Beastlands
One thing that sets the Beastlands apart, fashion wise, is that native Beasts don't have the same sense of modesty that most people do. It is not unheard of for women to go without tops, particularly in the summer.
Aluvar
Those of Clan Aluvar are much lighter than their cousins in the Beastlands, looking more of a mix between them and folk from Ronduin.
Their trading limited to Ronduin, Aluvar has developed a taste for fine cloths and dyes, as well as some of Ronduins styles. The main difference in Aluvar clothing is that it is always quick and easy to remove, and often (though not always) a layer of water clothes are worn underneath.
Work Clothing
Simple and to the point, designed to be out of the way while in and under the water. The sashes double as bags for shells, pearls and other things.
Typical Clothing
Elegant, flowing garments, most often in bright colours with jewellery of shells and pearls.
Fine Clothing
Finer cloth and dyes in multiple colours along with fine wraps. Shells may be set on leather wraps, which is fairly uncommon on the island.
Seere
Seerlings see more travellers and outsiders than the rest of the Beastlands, and have taken to adorning their garments as people do in other nations, with their own flair of course. Beads, embroidery and braided leather are some of the more common decorations seen on their clothing, which aside from the decorations is mainly soft leathers or linens without much colour on their own.
Work Clothing
Simple, sturdy clothes with little embellishments, and little to get in the way of farming or hunting.
Typical Clothing
The fabrics are still simple, but with personal embellishments.
Elder/Rich Clothing
What Seere lacks in fine fabrics, they make up for in varieties of dyes. The best example of this can be found in the clothing of the Elders. With a lifetime behind them and no longer required to preform physical tasks that may be hindered by such clothing, they have the luxury of adorning themselves with as many embellishments as they see fit.
Poldora
Poldorans are very practical about their clothing, though they do enjoy some design here and there.
Typical Clothing
Simple leathers, enough to keep warm, or protect from under brush is enough for most. Some choose to wear simple decorative bands, tight and usually something that won't get in the way. Other still may wear simple jewellery, often gotten through outside trade, but this is more common in those who do not need to range outside of the clan.
Warrior Clothing
The only symbolic decorations of Poldora are the feathers worn by the Warriors, in different colours to denote rank and division. While it is not forbidden for those who are not Warriors to wear feathers, it is frowned upon.
Hunter Clothing
It is not unheard of for hunters to sport the skins and furs of kills that they are particularly proud of as decorations.
Beleg
Beleg, aside from Aluvar, has the largest taste for finery in the Beastlands. Fine cloths and decorations are seen as a symbol of status and power, and naturally the strongest end up adorned with any manner of finery that they can get a hold of. They are most alone, however, in their like for metal not only in weaponry but in jewellery. Beleg is also the only clan to boast tattoos of lineage, the right to bear the mark of your fathers is gained when a young Belegite proves themselves an adult.
Typical Clothing
Simple clothing, with small pieces of decoration.
Finer Clothing
Some finer silks, and many more decorative metal pieces, generally worn by those who have the strength to claim the right to these decorations.
Finer Clothing
Same as above, the strong claim the decorative pieces to themselves, a type of trophy if you will.
