"You're the best dad!" Seth cried out in delight, hugging his father tightly.

Kaisila grinned at their excitement. "Hooray!" she cheered, not knowing why. "Now honey."

The honey vendor grinned at Lukas. "These jars are two bits each. The sticks are a bit a piece. Honey comb bites are a bit a piece."

"I want honeycomb," Kaisila announced.

Sawyer joined in with his brother and hugged his father as well. "Thanks dad! What weapon are you going to get Seth?" Sawyer asked his twin.

"Settle down boys, I might fall over from all of this," Darin said with a laugh.

Lukas glanced over at Darin with a bit of worry, getting children real weapons? That seems kind of dangerous. It seems he'll have to be more careful as well. "Very well, I'll buy a honeycomb and a jar of honey please."

Once Kaisila had her honeycomb she seemed mollified--for the moment--and joined the others. "Honey!" she told the boys happily.

"You're gonna be all sticky," Seth taunted.

Kaisila grinned and held a hand out at him, chasing him around with a squeal of laughter.

"Quick, Dad, we need our swords now to stop this crazy she-monster!" Seth laughed.

Lukas frowned and called out. "Don't even joke about using real weapons on my daughter!" He knew they were just playing, but he isn't going to stand for that kind of talk involving his daughter!

Darin was swift with a pop to the back of Seth's head, not hard enough to hurt, but enough to make him pay attention.

"Lukas is right, I'm not doing this for the two of you to play around," he said to both. "You're almost 13 now and I want to make sure you can defend yourself if need be. Since I'm getting serious about training you, you both have to be serious about the training. Do you understand?" he said sternly

Sawyer who was playing with Kasilia at the moment stopped to listen and nodded his head. "Yes dad," he replied.

Seth scowled and rubbed the back of his head. "Yes, I understand dad. Geez, it was just a joke!" That was directed at Lukas as well. "Kaisila's like our little sister, we'd never hurt her."

Kaisila giggled as she ran back to her father. "Don't be mad!" she told him cheerfully and lifted her arms up. "Pick me up and carry me!"

Lukas turns his attention to Kasila and smiled. "Welll..are you sure? What if I don't go the direction you want me to go while carrying you?" He asked with an amused expression.
