"It really depends on what you consider strange," Locket replied. By Soahc, but this was a good idea. She felt reassured and her hold on Soahc tightened.
~Anything out of the ordinary at all~ Filly told her. ~Start from the beginning of the day you first noticed you were having trouble remembering things.~
"Well..."
And so Locket started with the day that she'd planned to have tea with Delilah. The morning had been fairly routine. The trip to the temple was a little out of the blue. "While I was there, I was talking with Max about things we could do together later on in the week. Then this new priestess from Naurorod showed up--Tia is her name--and I got to show her all around the place. When I got her back to her inn, I came home and started setting things up for tea and that's when I started forgetting things. I didn't boil the water and I forgot to get cookies. Everything just sort of went downhill from there. I went to sleep in one of the sitting rooms until dinner! Then I had dinner, went to bed... The next day I showed Tia around the temple some more and introduced to her to everyone. That went all right, but out of nowhere I started having trouble remembering what I was trying to say. Tia suggested I head home, that I might have contracted something. And it really has gone downhill from there."
The story took some time to say. Despite her feeling better, more solid than she has for a long time, she still often had to pause to grope for memories. However, Mikasi assisted her in this, guiding slipping memories back to her when they managed to get away from her. Her memory was somewhat improved, but it wasn't completely cured by any means.
