The first guard nods, now holding a hand to the side of his head to try and slow the bleeding, "It could help if you got a decent look at her too. I wouldn't mind teleporting you back where you want afterwards, once I get this looked after."

Larissa sighed. " I don't know her name but she'll be caught. I'll catch her myself and turn her in. And I can talk. My guild hall isn't far from here."

"Tell us what you know about this thief," the guard answered, lifting up the flap at the toe of his shoe and touching his water sign before dribbling healing water over the wound of his fellow guard.

He nods his thanks and does his best to wipe himself off before turning his attention back to Larissa.

Larissa shifted her weight with annoyance. "That's just it. I don't know anything about her. I don't even know her name. I saw her in the window and figured she was robbing someone blind so I took off. " She huffed and gave as best a description as she could.

"That'll have to do," the guard grumbled. "But don't go putting yourself in danger, ma'am. Catching thieves is guard business. We don't want to see civilians getting hurt."

"If you do get any leads, let us know, will you? Don't go trying to bring her in on your own."

Larissa sighed and wondered if the guards had even noticed she was armed. "Yea... Sure..." she shrugged her hollow uncaring voice coming back and she just turned and began her walk back to the guild.
