[Devon]

"You can explore at night and only a little bit," Ryder said to Eco. "Consider it a game Eco, you can explore, but only so far and you have to be quiet all day or you can't go out at night."

"How do I know if I won the game," the faerie asked, interested in the thought of a small competition.

"You'll know you won if you don't get seen by anybody other than Nalani or myself," Ryder answered.

"Fine, I'll play your game, but I want to stay with Nalani one day as well," the faerie bargained.

Ryder looked to his lover and then at the faerie, "Whether or not you can hide with her, is up to her Eco."

[Kender Bard]

"I don't mind," Nalani replied with a grin. "He could hide in my hair or in my pocket or something like that." A faerie in the pocket. How cute!

[Devon]

"Yay," Eco said, darting over to Nalani and trying out his new hiding spot in her hair. "Can I preach too?" he asked, her hair slightly moving as he tried to make himself comfortable.

"No," Ryder replied with a small smile.

[Kender Bard]

"No but you can listen and maybe learn a little something," Nalani laughed. "Well my love, will we be departing after you've spoken with your client then? Talen'sul isn't far, even for you, to jump."

[Devon]

Eco stopped moving around in Nalani's hair, apparent by the lack of rustling along her head. He was pleased with her answer and had decided to nestle in and take a nap.

"Yes my love," Ryder said. "She should be here in the morning, then we can head off."

[Kender Bard]

"Good," Nalani replied, and decided to just enjoy her dinner.

The next morning the woman returned, tapping at the door.

[Devon]

Ryder got up and calmly answered the door. Seeing who it was he smiled in greeting and stepped aside to let the woman in. "I talked it over with my lover and I will be able to see this friend of yours in Talen'sul."

[Kender Bard]

"Oh excellent," she enthused. "He'll be so glad. Here..." She looked around. "I'll give you his address. He lives in Skyheort of course. Do you have a quill, some ink, and a bit of paper I can write it down on?"

[Devon]

Ryder nodded and went over to a drawer and pulled out what she had asked for. "Here you are," he said as he handed over the items she requested.

[Kender Bard]

The woman hastily scratched out an address in Skyheort as well as rough directions on how to find it from the main gates. "Here you are," she announced, sliding the paper and other things back to Ryder. "And would you tell him that Sandia sent you?"

[Devon]

"Yes, I'll be sure to tell him, thank you," Ryder said to the woman. Taking the address, first he read over it, then he folded t he paper and tucked it away in his pocket.

[Kender Bard]

The woman smiled and let herself out, having nothing more to say really. Nalani, awoken from their talking, peered into the room, rubbing her eyes. "Was that her?"

[Devon]

"Yes that was her," he replied as he made his way over to Nalani. "Good morning love," he said to her, kissing her softly.

[Kender Bard]

"Good morning, dear," Nalani replied, kissing him back. "So are we set to go? After we eat and I change into something decent of course."

[Devon]

"Yes of course," Ryder said to her. "We'll first head to an inn in Talen'sul then you can start preaching and I'll see this man about a job. I shouldn't take all day so hopefully we can spend some time just walking around the area if you'd like."
