~I will...~ Flame murmured, hesitating before adding quietly, ~You work too hard, Daddy.~ She reached out in a mental 'hug' before taking her hand off her sign. "Um, Mother Cascata?" she said quietly. "Daddy says he'll await you in the ambassador's building."

[Kender Bard]

"Ah, good," Cascata responded and ceased her play. "Well we'll have plenty of time to come back here and enjoy them more at length. Let us depart and not keep the Master waiting." She slipped out of the water. Not bothering to towel herself off, she touched one of her signs and muttered. The water flowed off of her and back into the spring until she was perfectly dry.

Flame decided to show off a little too once she was out of the water, though her trick wasn't quite so flashy. Activating her fire sign, she sharply heated the air close to her to dry herself off, then hastily got dressed as the air around her cooled again.

[Devon]

Kalian got out and chose not to be showy, at least not to the kids. So instead he grabbed a towel and dried himself off. Lucid hopped out as well and tried to imitate his mother. Touching both of his signs together, the young boy began to pull the water off of his body and slowly move it back to the tub it was in.

"Very good, Lucid!" Cascata exclaimed and ruffled his hair. "You're learning so fast." He pride was obvious and glowing but she tried to not make a scene of it beyond that.

Once they were all ready, Cascata followed Flame to the embassy. Thelon was standing outside of it, his arms behind his back and gazing at the sky with a contemplative look.

Cascata giggled quietly to herself. "He certainly knows how to strike a pose, doesn't he Kalian?"

Thelon's eye slid to the side slightly to them, as though he heard the remark. Smiling, he relaxed his posture. "Welcome Mother Cascata and family."

[Devon]

Kalian smiled back at Cascata, agreeing easily. "Thank you Master Thelon," he said to the other gentleman. "Your daughter has been a very gracious host."

[Kender Bard]

Thelon's smile turned to a happy grin. "I'm very glad to hear." He lay a hand gently on her shoulder and smiled. "Looks like someone's going to get a surprise treat later for her good manners and work."

Cascata muffled a giggle. "Shall we retreat within?"

"Certainly," Thelon agreed. "Flame do you want to stay or go home and wait for my return?"

Flame grinned up at her father, pleased by the promise of a treat. She considered the question for a moment then said, "I'll stay, if that's all right Daddy?"

She suspected she was going to be bored, but she'd be bored and lonely at home.

[Kender Bard]

"Aye, it's fine," Thelon agreed. "This way then." He headed inside the tall, plain building.

"You need Ronduin architects on this place, immediately," Cascata joked.

"Well it wasn't built with an eye to beauty first," Thelon admitted. "We're planning to rectify that over time. As you can see it's actually like a very large inn. Each ambassador will be given a suite to live in and we built with the mind that all the nations would be sending someone eventually, even those not in the UN currently."

"Good planning," Cascata agreed.

Thelon gave them a bit of a whirlwind tour--there was a large room to be used for meetings as well as a library containing a prolific amount of information with regards to Sensatia, its history, its culture. That and the Mind Communities that came before, of course. Hired scribes were busy copying the books.

"What do you think?" Cascata asked Kalian quietly as she followed Thelon around.
