Filly slipped her arm back into his as she stepped out the tavern with him, breathing in the cool, fresh outdoor air. "It's easy to get stuck in that pattern," she stated. "There's not a whole terrible lot to actually do here, but sometimes I come down to the markets just for the sake of it."

She squeezed his arm in her own lightly. "I like this better than that though."

Hanging around just outside the tavern, having gone to see the show himself (as well as scope out potential targets for his Lord's pleasure), Eros was just about to depart, having pinged a few people already, when he spotted one more too tempting targets. With a smirk, he pulled out a little of his powder and activated his wind sign, blowing it towards Filly and Crawford.

Filly shivered at the sudden gust of wind and nearly sneezed. Was that perfume in the air?

Crawford had been about to reply when dust blew into his face, prompting him to turn his head quickly to muffle a sneeze in the crook of his elbow. He gave a sigh and adjusted his glasses. "I still miss Contrasta's climate," he murmured, and turned his head back toward Filly.

"The chill does not suit me either," Filly agreed, glancing at him. She tugged her cloak tighter about her, sniffled again from the sweet smelling scent that she'd inhaled. Even as she spoke, though, she felt a little warmth stirring within her. The thought of warm flesh pressed against her own flashed briefly through her mind and made her shiver again. "Let's not tarry."

Crawford's hand paused in the process of pulling his own clock tighter around his shoulders as he gazed at Filly's profile in the flickering torchlight. She really was a lovely woman, he thought. A good friend, with a very, very nice touch....

He shook himself, suddenly feeling that his cloak was a little too warm now. "A-aye. Would you care to take a drink in front of the fire when we return?" he asked, unable to help himself.

A warm fire, good wine, I could offer to rub his back again, get a little closer to him. She closed her eyes, briefly. Stars, but he's so handsome. Filly knew she was beginning to blush and turned her head a little to let her hair fall over her cheek and hopefully conceal it. "I would like that very much," she agreed. She had the urge to teleport them there, but restrained the impulse. She slid her arm down and let her hand find his, though, and twined fingers with him.

When they returned to the palace, she forgot to alert Schuldig. She could only think of getting back to Crawford's room.

Crawford escorted Filly to his chamber, managing at least to restrain himself to a brisk walk. The room was pleasantly warm, the fire crackling merrily and thick curtains drawn over the windows to keep out the winter chill. He wanted to remove his cloak for comfort's sake, but as "want" began to escalate to "need,' he wasn't sure that he'd be able to stop with the cloak. He was starting to lose sight of why that might even be an issue.

Wine. Now.

He shut the door behind them and strode across the room to pour two glasses with trembling hands. He managed to pour one, then set the decanter back down, harder than he intended. The loud 'clank' of crystal on wood jarred him slightly, and he shifted the container a little, more gently.

"Forgive me," he murmured, his voice gone husky. "But I--" He cut himself off and moved back to her side, raising a hand to cup her cheek for a moment before pressing his lips to hers.

Filly had watched Crawford's brisk movements. She'd had no qualms with shedding her cloak once in his room. While she gazed at him, mind continuing to drift on daydreams that grew increasingly more and more lewd, one hand had started to toy with the lacing on the front of her dress. She didn't even realize she was doing so. The loud clank of the decanter did startle her and sudden concern for him jarred her out of her reverie. She hastily put her hand down from her chest, flushing. He's going to get the... correct impression of me, Filly thought with alarm, hoping that she didn't offend him.

When he came back to her, she felt like her heart had stopped for a moment. I just want- But then he kissed her.

That.

She was momentarily shocked; this was the last thing she'd expected from him. But in a few moments the shock was gone and she leaned into him, returning his kiss with ardent hunger. ~Brad...~ Her mind touched his, charged with her delight, her desire, a wordless assent at what they were doing, where it would go, and a urgency for more.

Her wings cupped around him, feathers brushing against him softly, an act of tenderness in sharp contrast to her passionate kiss.

A quiet sound of pleasure escaped him at her mind's touch, his own mind projecting growing desire and need in response. Crawford wrapped one arm around Filly, drawing her as close as he could while his free hand fumbled with the fastening of his cloak. As the garment fell to pool at their feet, he broke the kiss, breathing harshly, and allowed his hands to roam her body, tracing and caressing curves through the fabric of her dress.

Filly gasped softly when their kiss was broken, licking her lips. Though she could have easily given into her passions in a frenzy, she did not; her whole body quivered from her restraint, his touch making it difficult beyond words, but she did not tear at her clothes or his. Instead she managed a moment of seeming calm as she wrapped her arms around his neck, one hand stroking up his neck delicately on her fingertips, and she gazed deep into his eyes. Her mind touched his again, softer, a stroking sensation, like being drawn into an embrace of utmost tenderness.

This was a special moment, to her, and even lust could not take away her appreciation of it. She'd entertained thoughts of bedding Crawford for some time, but their recent friendship had now tempered it into something more intimate than a casual lay.

At least in her mind.

But her restraint broke and she gave a little whimper of desire. She pulled her hands away from him and worked at the lacing of her dress with desperate ferocity, enough to tear the fabric a little. It was good she didn't decide to undress him instead. Her mind still touching his, she drank in his lust and gave hers back in return, only flaring the flames of her desire higher.

"Bed," she murmured. The floor would be uncomfortable as hell. She backed towards it with an inviting grin.

His eyes fluttered closed as Filly's mind stroked over his, and he shivered. That was something harder to come by than simple desire, and had he not felt such urgent need from the powder he'd inhaled, he might have shied away. As it was, he accepted the touch, relaxed into it, projecting a need and want for it as well.

Crawford opened his eyes partway at the sound she made, swallowing as he watched her struggle with her lacing. Unconsciously, he mirrored her movements, fighting with his own clothing as he followed her toward his bed. He whipped his shirt over his head, knocking his glasses askew, and dropped it on the floor before moving forward to try to scoop her into his arms and deposit her on the high mattress.
