Audience was started. Twilight sat at his rightful place near Dusk and oversaw things, as usual.
The courtier Estella glanced at Leonardo and sniffed slightly before murmuring to him, "It would seem the Royal Dowager is visiting. Lady Salacia even brought a man and young boy with her. What do you make of that, Leonardo?"
Leonardo was a man of average height. His shoulder length hair was pulled back into a low pony tail and brushed to a shine showing off his red streaks. He stood stall. He fashioned a ruffled neck long sleeved shirt with a leather doublet and leather pants. His knee high boots covered the bottoms of his pants showed off every curve his well shaped legs. Leonardo smiled. He spoke, his voice smooth as silk. His auburn eyes glittered. "Well, I suppose it's never too late to start a harem. As for the young boy, well teach young and teach them well."

"Oh really, Leonardo," Winifred spoke up. "She's far too old to hold that sort of interest in a boy barely old enough to shave. Though it is quite possible she's brought him to introduce to the poor Queen, perhaps to make amends for her son's deplorable behaviour."
Estella made a look of distaste. "Well that would be unseemly. Her sun has set, as the saying goes, and what's important that our great queen find a suitable husband to help her with the burden of rulership."
"Indeed," Winifred agreed. "I cannot imagine how she could manage otherwise. Her duties as queen, as a mother, and she still can be found in the temple at times in her priestly vestments. It's a wonder the poor woman hasn't fallen to pieces already. Especially after the spectacle that bard made, getting her hopes up and then dashing them so soundly by proposing to Lord Wintersong in the same morning."
"Not exactly in that means. I know many a capable and handsome, and respectable man. If that is what she seeks, perhaps, I could help her find it. And well, if she happens to take an interest in me as so many have. Who am I to deny the queen?"
"As far as I'm aware," Winifred remarked. "As cold as those Khelekians are said to be, it's a wonder any of them wed at all. But were his father to court and wed our queen, I imagine whatever regent they have would need to rule for a time. From what I hear tell, the prince isn't quite to adulthood yet. Of course, his father could arrange an extended courtship until his son is old enough to rule."
"It's a shame there's a lack of truly good, potential matchups," Estella clucked. "I mean, ones that would really benefit Anarlina. That is one." The woman brought up a fingernail and tapped her lower lip lightly. "...Hmm, no, I can't see our queen contemplating taking another woman to wed, though it'd be more beneficial to see a strong alliance between Anarlina and Ronduin than the icy wastelands of Khelek."
