"Aye," Simon agrees cheerfully and collects his prize. Unlike most homes, he does not have a basement cell. He does have a barn-like structure which he keeps his slaves in, however. The man ties Shima up tightly to a post, keeping his signs covered, and instructs his slaves to inform him when he wakes up.
After a while Ichi slowly woke up but didn't move as he used his senses to try and get an idea of where he is before slowly standing up, grimacing at the shackles on his wrists and ankles. He begins to pace back and forth, worrying where Verity is and how they are going to get out of there.
Shima meanwhile stirs awake and looks around, wincing in pain. "W..where am I?"

A large Beast-woman stood in front of his cell, arms crossed. She looked a bit haggard but was clearly still a powerful specimen. Judging from the odd black splotches on her skin and the rather unusual (and somewhat disturbing) second set of breasts visible in her torn rag of a top, this was a Cow beast.
"Settle down," she warns, voice rough. Wordlessly one of the milling Winds departed. Around Shima were several slaves - all but one of them Winged. They were very thin and worn looking but they weren't bound. They were looking at Shima in idle interest but their eyes had a dullness to them that suggested that they were only interested because it was a break in the norm. Soon Simon appeared, whistling as he walked.
"Hello," he greeted Shima and pulled up a stool. He snapped his fingers and the Winds hastened away like a disturbed flock of pigeons. "Welcome to your new home."
Ichi looks over at the woman and tenses before realizing that the length of the chains wouldn't even allow him to reach the door..and with his signs both covered up..he gives a sigh and stands still, staring at her. "Where am I?"

"The estate of Lady Raimi," the Beast replied. "You're one of her slaves now. If you cooperate with her, it will go easier on you. If you don't, you will suffer." Simon smiled. "My name is Simon Pumkin. Excuse me if I don't shake your hand. You've been added to my happy family. In fact, you're very special - I've never had a Mind before. I tend to collect only Winds. Winged ones if possible."

The cow-Beast shook her head. "The hard way then," she muttered, walking over to where a bell rested on a shelf. She picked it up and gave it a couple rings before resuming her post. Before long, Raimi had returned.
"Ahh, he is awake," she noted as she approached his cell. "Hm your friends?" Simon inquired. "Are they your friends? Or were they merely traveling companions?"

Raimi didn't even blink. She went to the wall where, hanging from hooks and in racks, were a variety of nasty looking instruments. She selected a bullwhip and walked over, lashing him with every other word she spoke. "I am Mistress to you. You will not speak to me unless spoken. You will not ask questions. Understood?" "Why?" Simon asked, raising a brow. "If they're only traveling companions? Well no matter. I know not what happened to the male but the female is currently luxuriating in comfort for her compliance in bringing you to us. Of course she's still obligated to act under duress if contacted but I'm sure she's having no real trouble doing so from the plush quarters of Warren's bedchamber."
Ichi flinched with each lashing but stood firm, staring at Raimi with determination. After she was finished with her question he spoke reluctantly. "..Understood.." He could not risk trying anything right now..even if he could overpower Raimi right now, he is fairly sure he would not be so lucky against the cow beast or even sure of where her loyalties may go...

Simon watched Shima carefully, sure now that there was more there than the other man was saying. "I mean she was a hunter. They're individuals we send out to catch and bring us more slaves. She brought back you and the male. Now that she's back home, she's enjoying the luxury of her station. Fortunately for you, I bought you." "Are you hungry or thirsty, dog?" Raimi inquired. "You may speak to answer."
Ichi had to struggle not to correct her that he is a wolf, not a dog. "...Yes." He could not refuse food and drink if he is to find a way to escape after all. But this stupid woman would pay for every indignity he suffers at her hands.

"You are," Simon insisted. "I want to help you, in a fashion. The Beast? As I said, I don't know what happened to him. Methinks he's dead, or else going to Morilanta." Raimi snapped her fingers. The Beast moved to the stairway and shouted something. After a few minutes, a bowl of some kind of disgusting gruel and a bowl of water were brought forth. The slave, a Bird beast of some kind, complete with a beak and black feathers on her body, brought the bowls forward and placed them into the cell through a slat at the bottom.
Satisfied, Raimi walked off leaving Ichi alone with the Cow again.

"I'd like to get a little better acquainted with you," Simon admitted. "I've never met a Mind before. Do you know how to teleport?" He leaned forward now, a greatly interested gleam in his eyes. "Is it like flying at all?" "My name is Cow," the Beast said simply. "Yours is now Dog. I was captured by hunters and brought here." She gave a slight shrug.
