Sashi fidgeted nervously, leaping out of their little rowboat and onto the land as soon as she could. Leaving her horse with a barn on the other side of the River had not sat well with her, and she hated the boat ride. It was good to be in Ronduin.
"Finally!" she laughed. "I feel like hugging a rock!"

Sashi snorted and gathered her composure. "Yeah, well, I'm getting a grasp on how you might have felt the first time I took you out on a horse." She bounded back to his side, hooking her arm in his and tugging. "C'mon, think we can get away with a little sight seeing or should we go see our client first?"

Sashi giggled joyfully at his reasoning. "This is why you're the Mind," she teased, already tugging him along as she headed for some of the most scenic areas of Ronduin; the public fountains. During the day, the place was sprawled with artists, some vendors, but mostly entertainers trying to earn some copper. As they walked, a flutist fell in behind them and began to shadow them, trying to make a few coppers by playing a romantic tune.

The flautist paused and took the copper, smiling and nodding as he brought the flute to his lips. Some people looked in surprise at the bard as he played a tune far, far different from the 'tinkling' stream-like music of Ronduin. He played with a strange combination of notes that threatened to offend the ears lest one wrong note be piped, but when played perfectly (as he was doing) sounded like the essence of a primal soul.
Sashi stopped in her tracks and looked back with an odd look; wistful, knowing, and hungry. She hadn't heard the music of her homeland in two years now and she soaked it in, swaying on her feet with her eyes half closed.

"No, not at all," she replied quickly, savoring every second that passed. A thrill shot through her feeling his fingertips caressing her hair. "It was the most thoughtful thing anyone has ever done for me in... quite a while."
