Artica gives Cascata a sympathic look as she sets a cup of tea in front of her. "You know you can't see them, Cascata," she reminds the leader, then looks thoughtful. "Which is amazing foolishness in my mind. The boy can't even speak yet, he wouldn't remember you." Artica frowns then asks, "How well do you think you could disguise yourself, Cascata? Well enough not to be reconised?"

"I think I could arrange that," Cascata remarked mildly, watching Artica thoughtfully. "I could dye my hair, if need-be, and simply dress back down to peasant-status."

Artica nods thoughtfully. "If you dyed your hair red, put on a little make-up and dressed in a fire-type style, I think we could get away with passing you off as my sister, Tres, as long as we didn't let anyone get a close look at you." Artica winks. "And there's no law about where I or my family can go. What do you think?"

[Kender Bard]

"Oh Artica..." Cascata's hands shook slightly. "Thank you; I can't repay you enough. I know, the law is silly, but it is for the best for everyone the way it is. Still... How can I repay you?"

"There's no need to repay me, Cascata," Artica replies. "I know what it's like to have duty keep you from family." Then she gives Cascata a weak smile. "I'll tell you what. If you really want to repay me, how about we give forming a friendship a try? I don't know about you, but I get lonely around here at times."

[Kender Bard]

"I'd be happy to be your friend," Cascata remarked warmly. "You can visit me almost any time, and I'll try to come see you on occasion for when Ronduin isn't being threatened by megalomaniacs."

Artica laughs. "Indeed," she replies. "We really need to stop meeting in this sort of situation." Finishing her tea, Artica gets up with a sigh. "For now though, I'd better get to work. If you don't mind, I'll escort you home then I'll go talk to Ace about increasing security. Don't worry Cascata, Ronduin isn't the easy target it once was."

[Kender Bard]

"I know," Cascata remarked with a slighter smile. "I thank Tidal for nudging us into military action whenever this sort of things come up.." She finishes her tea and rises. "I shant keep you from your duties then."

Artica smiles and replies, " Thank you Cascata." After escorting the water Leader safely home, Artica walks off to find Ace and speak to him.
