Brem lets Hawk have the majority of the meal and sits down with his share. "..Acqua and Taurus? Those are your friends?"

Hawk nods and sighs content when he's done eating. "I was showing them the way to Maelstrom. I guess we got too close to the border..."

"Well...I hope you meet them again." Brem stands up. "I dont think we can wait much longer.."

[Kender Bard]

"No rest for the slaves," Hawk chuckles darkly, getting up as well.

[iamtuo]

Brem takes a deep breath preparing himself for what he will have to go through. "I will have to act like the other guards at times and I hope you can forgive me for anything I may do to you during that time.."

Hawk studies Brem then nods. "It's okay. Whatever helps free more of these people."

[iamtuo]

Brem gives a sigh and stands up. "Well..time to see how good at acting we are.." Takes hold of the chain to Hawk's collar and heads back to out of the inn.

The innkeeper smiles and calls out, "The soliders tend to come here after their shifts. Should I expect one more tonight?"

Brem silently wonders if there was any hidden meaning to that. "Yeah, probably."
