"Very well. Shall we go in and see if anything catches your eye?" Matt holds the door open.

"Sure." Brem walks inside and starts to look around.

Inside the man behind the corner greets Matt cheerfully then glances questioningly at Berm.
"New guy," Matt remarks quietly. "Make sure you give him whatever he needs at our prices, not guest ones." The other man smirks and nods. Matt turns back to Brem. "I've got to take care of some business of mine, but I'll be back in about ten minutes. Feel free to look around and let James here know if you see anything you're interrested in."

"Right....wait..not guest prices? But arent I a guest?"

"Hey, don't argue," grins James. "Guests usually get charged more. You're getting quality weapons for a lower cost, who'd complain about that?" Matt grins, nods and leaves.

[iamtuo]

Brem scratches his head. "Well..okay I guess.." Brem decides to take a closer look around but is still wondering about what all of that meant.

A large collection of well made weapons of all sorts can be seen here. From the counter, James watches Brem carefully.

Eventually Brem examines a short sword in interest. "Hey..so how much is this?"

[Northen Light36]

(Ugh. Sorry, was half asleep typing that and thinking of Achaea. *blush*)

James wanders over to look at the sword. "Ahh, good choice. Normally I'd sell it for 50 coins, but you can have it for 25. Sound fair?"

[iamtuo]

"Yeah..but I still gotta know. Why am I being exempt from the guest price?"

[Northen Light36]

James shrugs. "Could be for a number of reasons. Maybe Matt just took a liking to you," he replies. "I don't question my orders, I just follow them."

[iamtuo]

"all right then." Brem digs around for the 25 coins and counts them out. He hands them over while making a mental note to earn some more money soon.

As James takes the money, Matt returns. "Hey Brem, it's your lucky day. Lord Darkstorm wants to meet you."

[iamtuo]

"He does?" Brem shows his surpise before getting his short sword. "Well..okay then."

[Northen Light36]

"Well, come along then," Matt tells him. "We can't keep Lord Darkstorm waiting." With that he leads Berm quickly out of the store.
