At the Gates|Skyheort, Talen'sul

Brem hugs Volt back, but he soon has a little trouble breathing and pulls away gasping for air. As soon as he can breath normally though he responds to Volts questions. "It's good to see you too Volt. And i'm all right, it's just that it isnt easy to rescue someone from someone else's personal dungeon and get away with it." ^_^

[Kender Bard]

"Personal dungeon?" Volt echoes. "What do you mean?"

[Northen Light36]

"Yes... I would like to know as well," remarks Damien.

[iamtuo]

"Oh..well Darkstorm was holding Charminei in some dungeon room underneath his house..." Brem shudders. "The room was inhumane."

[Northen Light36]

Damien frowns and mutters, "That makes two reasons to see how well he burns." After a moment he adds, "Brem, while you were in Thunderclap, did anyone happen to mention anything about Shadow?"

Brem almost shakes his head but stops suddenly. "Actually...I just remembered some soldiers saying something about how Darkstorm was planning on kicking Shadow out of Maelstrom..."

[Northen Light36]

Damien growls softly. "And now Shadow has been taken by the Clears... While Darkstorm was the last person known to be with him... How very interresting..."

[Kender Bard]

Volt's eyes are wide at the prospect. "We need to reveal Darkstorm's plot!"

[Northen Light36]

"To who?" snaps Damien. "Unless the Storms have appointed a new Leader while my back was turned, there is no one who has power over Darkstorm." Damien snarls in frustation. "Darkstorm has planned this very well. Even if we had more then suspision to go on, there's no one above him."

[Kender Bard]

Charanth speaks up, eyes narrowed, "Then, my Leader, in the interest of.. protecting our homelands from a tyrant who has every chance to seize control of our neighbor, I say we put an end to this threat... If you catch my meaning."

Damien smiles coldly. "Yes... I think that would be the best course of action," he agrees. "We cannot allow our homelands and people to be put at risk after all."

[Kender Bard]

Volt shifts uncomfortably at the change in topic, though he knows Damien is right - there's not much they can do. He looks to Brem for reassurance that what they're doing is right.

Charanth nods to himself, "I'm not a two-sign, my Leader, are you going to carry this.. defensive measure on your own?"

Damien frowns thoughtfully. "In this case, I think it would be best," he agrees after considering it. "In the meantime Charanth, I do need to make a request of you."

[Kender Bard]

Charanth stands a little taller and nods his head. "Anything, Damien."

[Northen Light36]

"Travel to each of the Clans, Charanth, and tell them I have need of their warriors here," Damien tells him. He takes off the ring he wears and tosses it to Charanth. "Show anyone who doubts you carry a message from me that."
